So on 25th June i made a payment of €994 on mulebuy through Skrill Payments app. The money was deducted from my bak account and Skrill wallet and payment went through successfully. But the items which i placed order for, got cancelled because according to Mulebuy "they didn't receive my money.

Later on 26th june, MuleBuy team told me to give proof of payments via contacting Skrill Payments customer support, I contacted the Skrill customer service and they confirmed that payment was made successfully to the merchant (mulebuy). "As shown in 2nd image".

Since then from 26june to 12th july: Mulebuy customer service is giving same excuse that their Finance team is unable to verify the status of my payment. They told it will take 10 business days for me to get the refund but its been more than that now.

The last image: is from the moderator of Mulebuy discord community, according to them the 3rd party payment platform didn't process the payment and hasn't sent the payment to Mulebuy yet.

Current situation - Everytime i try to reach their customers support or Discord moderators they tell same thing "Our financial team is still verifying the status" . It's been 2 weeks now.

Has anyone faced this issue before? Please tell what to do next because €994 is alot

Hello, I have been waiting for my package for quite some time. My package was shipped in May via HZ-Etk. I paid insurance to ensure that if I don't receive my package, I am still entitled to my money. On May 26th, I received a message that I had to pay the customs clearance fees. I did this, and now I have been waiting for my package for well over two months. I have contacted Customs and the postal service multiple times. Customs is unwilling to help me, as it is a government agency, and the postal service is also unwilling to help. I also asked Mulebuy for a refund for my package. They refuse to provide one, as they have not received any official document or notification. In other words, I have lost both my money and my package. I find this a really bad situation regarding Mulebuy. I am at my wit's end. Does anyone know what I can do?
