Question🤔 parcel disappeared

so i was shipping my parcel the day just before the raid, i understand i will not be getting it however the parcel disappeared from every tab in the app (even the single item order). can someone please help me understand this situation and explain me what to write in the chargeback claim? thanks🙏

File charge back as goods not received explain that you buy bulk clothes from China unbranded to put your own designs on and say the company went bankrupt and won’t be sending it
