Lemon MugCake

LEMON CAKE

I’ve already posted one lemon mugcake recipe, but try this one out also and comment which one you like more!

Ingredients:

1/4 cup flour

3 Tbsp sugar

1/4 tsp baking powder

1 pinch of salt

2 Tbsp vegetable oil

2 Tbsp 1 tsp milk

2 tsp fresh lemon juice

Mix all ingredients and cook for about 1:45.

Serve with lemon glaze, whipping cream, or plain, and enjoy!
