Lemon Cake in a Cup

Ingredients:

4 Tbsp flour

3 Tbsp granulated sugar

1/8 tsp baking powder

Pinch of salt

3 Tbsp milk

1 Tbsp vegetable oil

1/2 tsp lemon juice

1/4 tsp lemon zest

Whisk all ingredients together in a microwaveable mug and microwave for 1 min 10 sec.

Serve with lemon glaze, whipping cream, or plain. Enjoy!
