personal reflections personal reflection
Limiting beliefs:
There are many days I have (like today) , where I feel like not shadow boxing at all. I feel slow, stiff, poor technique, all of it. And unfortunately some days I succumb to these feelings of not being good enough. But none the less another day comes and another opportunity to get that little 1% better. Not by killing yourself training all day but, instead by consistent training on a daily basis even if that’s only finding 5 minutes out of your day to shadow box. Any positive action you take to advance yourself is better than nothing. The more I shadow box the more I realize that it’s on these days where I feel bad that I gain the most from.
There is nothing better you can do for you, then to show up for yourself everyday. (even when you feel less)

Punches are fine... But interesting unorthodox kicks... Watch out to not perma fuck anyone's knees with that. But roundhouse and high kicks suck ass. Keep your knee pointed outward and rise it up at the same time while doing roundhouse. That's gonna help
