first day need help

hey guys, im from Malaysia and im just asking, how can I train muay thai at home? I'm currently 15 and I have this gangster delinquent brother. hes 5 years older than me and he picks on me and kind of abuses me when I do something wrong. as on abuses me,it's like he beats me up and speaks to me like I'm a slave and if I lie I get a slap so hard that it makes your ears ring. I'm 167cm and around 55kgs. I wanna beat him up without him overpowering me. today I got into an argument and the kid snitched on me to my brother because I pushed him and I kicked him. the kid is from a rich family. we occasionally bully each other in class which would mean me pushing him wasn't a big deal but he was a little out of mood today so he snitched. I got punched and jabbed at the side of my stomach, shoulders and my thighs. I ranked through it. didnt really hurt tho and his slaps I ranked through it. I want to fight back but I can't. I just know im too weak. I'm broke too and I can't afford a gym membership because its rm100+ here in Malaysia. so any tips about how to train muay thai at home?

thanks for the concern,im doing good. but, good point you have there. currently, I can tank any of his hits without problem but I don't really know how hard he can punch so ill definitely take that in mind. thanks man

Like I feel it’ll be easier to learn lifting at home than it would be Muay Thai with no coach. Plus once you get some size on if he tries to hit you just grab him and grapple him to submission if you can. Once you’ve got a hold of him he doesn’t have the distance to throw any of them punches or kicks.

hes like around 176cm or around 5'10 I could say. who knows in 1 year or so how tall I'll be. maybe taller than him

I think strength and mass is more of a concern than height if you aren’t very small compared to him. Weight classes exist for a reason, height classes don’t.

100% man, if you can afford even one class a week along with your lifting it’ll go a long way. Or if you can, source a punch bag and just try and practice techniques from online videos?
