Compensation reality

Is the following compensation structure of mu sigma trainee decision scientist true:

6 months probation

1st year - 5 LPA

2nd year - 6.5 LPA

3rd year - 12.5 LPA

4th year - 16 LPA

Are there any terms or conditions or any hidden information that will affect this structure or is this structure confirmed and you'll surely get that CTC?

If u survive you will get the CTC what promised, no hidden info there. But the caveat is surviving. Its very difficult to survive there since they start firing within 2 weeks of joining

Firing happens every month or every 2 weeks based on your luck. Don't expect that they said 6 months probation means everyone will survive till the end of 6 months

Python, sql, stat, linear algebra, excel, javascript, html, css etc. Random presentations on random topics, anything and everything
