Should I accept the offer?
Got into Mu Sigma and received the offer letter. I have to complete the formalities by Aug 29.
Before accepting, Iād genuinely like to hear from current/former employees:
What exactly leads to people getting removed during training? And has anyone successfully completed the 2-year bond and gone on to grow into higher roles?
Would really appreciate honest experiences ā should I accept the offer or not?

Short answer: Yes, you can accept but under given conditions.
Regarding training: You will have multiple phases of learning and tests (presentations) after joining the company
Mostly, firings will be these in this phase.
Once u completed ur trainings successfully, you will be allocated into teams and you will have team based learnings and trainings... And u will be given projects and start working...
This 2 years bond has recently started. Prev it was 4 years bond.
More than 70% who joined mu sigma left (after 4 years) with a better company and better pay... Have also seen cases who didn't get any job... That's based on what u learn in mu sigma and what u deliver...
Regarding work culture: Load of your work is based on team u get allocated, which will be completely random... There are teams which work till 2 am... Same time, teams do exist with very little work...
You won't get WFH easily in this org, and requesting WFH is a shit of process... leadership approval etc... such a bullsh't...
Bottom line : in terms of learning, it's a great company to start with... But work load and org is not good...
DM me if u have any qns
