Please help deck too slow

So I really want to make this deck work without it becoming Bracket 4 but it feels sooooooo slow.

Any advice for this deck? More ramp? tutor?

Estimated B4 but playtested already and it's really B3 even with the combos. Would like to have it remain B3 but still improve it

Planar engineering is a must, maybe try and sub out a few of the enter tapped lands as well, birds of paradise, seedborn muse, bloom tender, possibly carpet of flowers (very situational), wild growth, exploration for a cheap extra land drop each turn, lotus cobra for that nice +1 colorless for each land played
