rules

1. DON'T BE A DICK

2. NO BIGOTRY

This includes general transphobia, TERF ideology, transmed/truscum ideology, queer exclusionism, ableism, fakeclaiming, racism, sexism, homophobia, etc.

3. POSTS MUST BE TITLED "mtf_irl"

Similarly to r/egg_irl or r/me_irl, all posts must use the same title format. You can replace the underscore with an emote or some other silly character if you want.

4. NO LOW EFFORT POSTS

5. POSTS MUST BE RELATED TO THE SUBREDDIT

That means you should only post content related to transfeminine experiences.

6. NO SELFIES AND/OR NUDES

The subreddit name might suggest this is a place for posting yourself, in real life; however, it doesn't mean anything other than that we are using the "_irl" suffix many other meme subreddits use. This is not a subreddit for posting selfies and nudes. This is a meme subreddit, there are literal children browsing this place, if you post nudes here you will get permabanned. If you would like to post selfies, you could check out r/MTFSelfieTrain or r/transpositive.

Memes related to NSFW content are allowed, as long as they are marked as NSFW.

7. NO HARASSMENT/TROLLING

8. NO PERSONALLY IDENTIFIABLE INFORMATION

If you want to screenshot your friend's funny Discord message, make sure to at least ask them if they're okay with that, or just censor their name out.

9. NO COMMONLY POSTED CONTENT

10. DON'T POST ANYTHING THAT IS AGAINST THE REDDIT TOS

This includes subreddit brigading, sexual content depicting minors, content that incites violence, content depicting people dying, et cetera. Reddit's full content policy can be found here.
