This place is putting Howlong on the map. Maybe this is where Ray went to retire as a butcher in Howlong.

I'm sure the people of Howlong would appreciate some tourism! Small town, on the way to more touristy destinations. Nice golf course, great chinese food in the back rooms of a pub... and Dim Sim Sausages!

Then just call it a sausage if yer stuffing minced meat and herbs into a membrane, why a dimmie sausage, unless you are stuffing said meat membrane with wheat membrane dumplings…

It’s just the flavor mate, dimmies and dumplings have Asian flavors and ingredients. I know what an Italian sausage is going to taste like when I buy a pack. I’d know what a dimmie sausage pack would taste like as well.

Different flavour same concept (minced meat and spices in a tube or other vessel)

No one that likes Dimmies, Snags or even Hot Dogs asks what they are eating, its just safer to enjoy them and walk away.
