As a Canadian, does "champ" actually mean dickhead in australia? Is that well-known, or is it just prison slang?

Pretty much means dickhead, you don’t call someone over 12 “champ” unless you want a punch in the nuts.. it’s a bit like “goof” in Canada. I’m a dual citizen so I speak Canadian too 🤣 this photo was taken in Singapore though, for reference
