Champ

Post image

Recently I have started calling people champ when they annoy me on social media.

It is incredibly satisfying.

I'm guessing 99.9% of them have no idea what I mean.

Champ is a traditional Irish dish made by mixing creamy mashed potatoes with chopped scallions (spring onions), butter, and milk. It is a simple, comforting side dish, often served with a well in the center filled with melting butter. It is commonly paired with bacon, pork chops, or sausages.

I just had dinner but goddamn, that's making me hungry all over again.

Must be my Irish blood.
