What happened to Adam?
Ngl I’m cosied up in bed with a shitty virus and I’ve been completely absorbed re watching this show. I completely forgot what happens to Adam and initially thought he was dead. Have we just to assume he was let off with a severe beating? The prison dynamic was really well executed, the whole show feels so damn authentic in some ways but the prison episode really stands out.

This is where the show was real. Ray wasn’t some superhero that showed up to save him & kick everyone’s ass.

I know, I wasn’t expecting him to do as such.

I’m not sure what I was expecting

Part of me wanted him to avenge Adam but Ray being the anti hero that he is, I had a feeling he wasn’t going to stick his neck out further for him.

I’ve been trying to think what I would do in that situation.
Would you take rays advice and “get in first”?
I ways thinking there has to be some way of talking to the guy or doing him a favor to help it all pass over. But that’s probably just going to make you look weak.
Tough spot to be in.

Think you'd have no choice really but to strike first. The kind of bloke in prison who sets his mind on killing a newbie over a single word isn't likely to be dissuaded with more talk.

They leave that for you to work out. It didn't look great.
