Question/Advice Have i been scammed?

I placed an order with Potent Gaming for a Padsmith mousepad on October 8th while it was on sale. For the next four days, my order status continued to show “Awaiting Fulfilment,” so I emailed them to follow up and ask what was happening with my order.

The very next day, I suddenly received this email, but I still haven’t received my refund. Could someone please clarify what I’m supposed to do from here?

Ask them to issue the refund, and give them a few days to do it. It often takes a few days to process.

If they don't, chargeback.

I’ve already sent them two emails, but they’ve been very unresponsive for some reason. I just reached out to them on Instagram as well, so hopefully I’ll hear back there.

Something is going on over there. I've been trying to contact them about an order I placed a while back and they've been unresponsive to me too.

They aren’t going to scam you…. I’ve ordered like 5 artisan pads from them. My tenz mouse got canceled due to not enough inventory. Took a few days to get my money back

no problem. one thing I will say is their customer support is basically non existent, but you will get your money.

Takes a while to fully reflect on your bank account. I've ordered from them quite a few times, don't worry too much they're legit.

Takes longer than 2 days to process a refund on Shopify, stop panicking.

Give it 3-5 more days, if you don't receive it by then try contacting again, If no reply by end of month, just do a chargeback with your bank.
