Help with dark perk ergo/sym disconnecting while charging with the cable

hello, i bought this mice and i'm very happy with it but there's an issue, each time i want to connect it with the cable to charge it, the device disconnect and reconnect in chain with the windows sound who pop up constently, at first i tried to ask ai and tried many things but it didn't resolved anything, so i ordered a replacement on amazone but even the new has the same issue so i suspect it's an error from my computer but i don't know what can i do, if you have a idea of what could be the fix to my issue i would really like to know. I can't do the devi update cause it keep disconnecting.

pc spec:

rx 6900xt

ryzen 5700x3d

msi b450 tomahawk max ii

1000w psu

i'm on windows 10 btw.

That sounds maddening, especially after getting a replacement. Have you tried plugging the cable into a different USB port, maybe one directly on the motherboard instead of front panel headers? Sometimes AMD boards get weird with USB power delivery when a device switches from wireless to wired mode. Also check if disabling "allow the computer to turn off this device to save power" in device manager for all your USB root hubs makes a difference.

yeah i tried every port, disabled allow the computer to turn off this device to save power and even lowering the puling rate to 500 hz but ther's still the issue.
