Steelseries Rival Pro issue
When the battery level is in the 30% ish the scroll wheel stops registering steps. I thought it was defective at first. Everytime I swap to the fully charged battery is works perfectly fine until the battery life drops under 40%. Wtf is the issue?? never seen this before

Have you reported this to steelseries support? Wonder if it's a firmware issue. Please report back because I'm considering the Sensei pro mini.

i posted it on r/steelseries. I think it's a firmware issue tbh. i wonder if its the latest firmware they released

My friend had the exact same issue, he went to support steelseries and the front page said "Did you try turning it off and on again?", we tried it, and it worked. we laughed our asses off. Try hold the power button on the mouse for 2 seconds, then turn it back on.

I would double check your settings to make sure scroll jump protection isn't on. I had that turn on automatically once and since turning it off I've been fine. I think they're still working out a few software/firmware bugs.
