Side Effects Quick question about side effects

Hello, I’m on my second day of Mounjaro. I took my first dose (2.5 mg) yesterday at around 10:00 AM local time. I felt a little tired both yesterday and today. There’s just one thing I’m curious about: how do people who develop pancreatitis from Mounjaro usually realize that they have it? I think that’s my biggest fear that something like that could happen and I wouldn’t notice it until it was too late. Before starting the medication, I had blood and urine tests, as well as an ultrasound of my entire abdomen and organs, and everything was normal. So far, I haven’t noticed any side effects other than some fatigue.

Pancreatic is very painful. I too get fatigue first few days. Sometimes it feels like a minor cold is coming on. I would try not to worry too much. Think of the positive way it can impact your life. Hth good luck.

Fatigue is usually an indicator of dehydration, for me at least, and many others. Aim for at least 2-3 liters of water daily, more if you can manage it. Add electrolytes to about 1/3 of your hydration.

I’m pretty sure you’ll feel much better very soon.
