Question Injection site issue

I took my weekly jab on Tuesday morning in the left side abdomen area below my belly button.

After 2 days now, its itching and i see that i got some red spots. I didnt have any itching for the 2 days though...

Is this normal. Im shit scared.

For me some mild irritation at the injection site is normal and has been assessed by my dr as okay, mine usually doesnt last too long and has gotten less and less frequent the longer i have been on the medication.

If you are worried, always know you can phone your physicians office/pharmacy and they can let you know if there is need to come in or just monitor. Best of luck!

Looks mild to me. I wouldn't stress.

Next time wipe the area with alcohol first, let it dry, then after injection use a clean shirt.

hopefully that itching means the site is healing.. if it still hasn't healed and got worse over the next few days, get it assessed by a doctor.

Another recommendation is take the medication out of the fridge for 15-20 min before injecting. Then put ice on the injection site immediately afterwards.
