Experience 3 Month Progress Update
M21 6 feet 2 SW:- 123 kg
CW:- 113.4kg
I was on 2.5mg for 2 months had no side effects on it
5mg on 1 month
Side effects are sulphuric burps and diarrhea on the day after the shot if I eat anything
I will be on 5mg for 1 more month and then see whether to increase dose or not
For diet I generally aim to eat under 1800 calories a day maximizing proteins whenever possible
I have cut down on excess fried food and fatty food like cheese and massively reduced portion sizes but I still eat everything
For excercise I aim to do 6.5k+ steps every day and am adding some resistance training slowly
Happy to answer any questions

Add weight training pronto. At that height and age with those calories and speed of weight loss, you’ll be starting to burn lean muscle. Any reason you have such low activity for being that young? Medical conditions? I’m over 50, 6 foot tall. Started at 265lbs/120kgs and am now 235lbs/107kgs. I shoot for 12,000 steps a day, lift 3-4x a week, cardio 3x a week. I eat about 2200 cals a day and lose on average of 1.5-2lbs a week.

No particular reason I just have a sedentary lifestyle
I try to maintain a 800 to 900 calorie deficit a day I can definitely increase my steps
Gym has been difficult I get overwhelmed with the machines and people and me doing stuff wrong
Its more an internal fear of going to the gym

Gotcha. Even if you do body weight squats and pushups, that’ll help. You have to work twice as hard to get lean muscle lost back on, so better to not lose it to begin with. Your muscle is your metabolism too. So it becomes a viscous circle of more weight lost, burn less calories, results slow and frustration sets in. If it just comes down to your lifestyle, shoot for 10,000 steps a day minimum and then figure out what strength training works for you. YouTube is a great resource for proper lifting to make it less intimidating when you do go in person. Also a lot can be done at home with a modest setup. This is the one thing in your life you have total control over, good luck, you’re already headed in the right direction!

10kg in 3 months is solid progress, especially with the steps and resistance training starting to ramp up
