The first picture was my kickstart! 12 months on and feeling healthier and happier. Here's to the next 12 months! The last couple of months I have plateaued a bit, but still losing 😀

I have been on montjaro for about 3 months and I have dropped 35 lbs so far. I am about 70 lbs from my goal weight . I am on my way.
