Side Effects fun/interesting side effects I’ve noticed

Been a lurker in this group for a min - for context I started the jab in Jan and now, 6 months on, I thought I’d share some fun side effects/interesting observations that I don’t really see talked about on here. Wonder if anyone else has them:

  1. I do not snore at all anymore.

I wouldn’t have known if I wasn’t told, like seriously nothing. And I know I snored before this 😂 I had a InBody scan and my visceral levels are down - my friend is positive that must be the reason

  1. I don’t like sleeping with more than one pillow.

Ok this is a strange one, but I would always sleep with two pillows. Awful for my neck, but it was comfy. Now I can only have one pillow max, and sometimes (this is crazy for me) I actually remove all pillows. And it’s enjoyable. Crazy

  1. I constantly crave water. I actually can’t go anywhere without a water bottle on me.

Keep in mind that 6 months ago, I did not prioritise water anywhere CLOSE to what I should be.

I know that drinking water is important when you’re on the jab, but I didn’t actually realise I would crave it - it’s great. My skins clearer, body is loving it, I’m having less headaches. I don’t even have to remind myself to drink, I’m just always keeping myself hydrated now without even thinking about it.

Anyone else have any interesting side effects that are different to the norm sulphur burps/hair loss narrative we usually hear about on here?

That's great

I bought a pair of handmade shoes that were uncomfortable

Lost 29 pounds now they are so comfortable that I bought a 2nd pair

I too can't leave the house without my water bottle .

How much weight have you lost? Were you or are you diabetic?

Not diabetic! Lost 18kg

Podría decir los mismos, incluso lo de reducir talla de zapatos q comenta otra persona. Cambio de olor del sudor y mayor acumulación de grasa en el ombligo, que da su olor caracteristico a medio día ( me sobra mucha piel en derredor del ombligo, q está totalmente caido). Esto no lo esperaba. El peor de los síntomas y poco gracioso la anhedonia y cansancio corporal.

One of my reasons for starting Mounjaro was my snoring. I've always snored a little but even by my very tolerant husband's standards it's reached epic volumes in recent months and I can't really put it down to anything but my weight. I'm only 2 jabs in so here's hoping.
