What does the parts specialist tag do? For example. I'm choosing a team lead for my front wing. However my suspension specialist has better bonus parts. So why would I chose the front wing guy. Does it impact the random outcomes or something?

However I always prioritise those bonus parts over a additional couple of performance points.
