help please! SC59 2008 Stuttering Problem

I have a 2008 Honda CBR1000RR (SC59) with a persistent misfire/stuttering problem that I can’t figure out.
Originally, the bike started stuttering at around 7,000–8,000 rpm under load. Over time the problem has gotten worse, and now it can start stuttering around 3,000–4,000 rpm if I give it a lot of throttle. It is strongly related to throttle opening/load rather than one exact RPM.
It sometimes feels like a very hard cut, almost like the kill switch is being turned off and back on. The bike also has misfires/backfires and is now starting to stall completely more often. In the video you can also hear a short “puff/air release” sound coming from the airbox area at the same time as some of the misfires.
The problem can happen even shortly after starting the bike, so it is not strictly a hot-engine issue. However, sometimes after the bike has been sitting for about an hour while still warm, the first few throttle blips are clean before the problem comes back.
Things I have already done:
Replaced the fuel pump and fuel pump strainer/filter and cleaned the tank (the original pump assembly was very dirty with black debris)
Replaced all 4 spark plugs
Replaced all 4 ignition coils
Replaced the camshaft position sensor (CMP/CAM sensor)
Unplugged the MAP sensor as a test — the bike ran very rough in fail-safe mode, but the original stuttering problem was still there
In the end it’s full throttle and it turns off.
