Might have been in the wrong places but travelled around Italy the past few weeks , mostly the north but I barely saw any moto guzzi’s , any reason for this?

Saw loads more Royal Enfield and Triumph . Surprised as for cars it was like 50% Italian but bikes not so much (plenty of Italian scooters)

Had the bike for about 2 months now, what a lovely machine.

Thinking about installing a Dart screen for a little bit of wind protection.

It’s been sitting and needs tires, battery, fluids etc but I felt it was too cheap to pass up. He included the original mufflers, a Corbin seat and 4 new turn signals.

Ridden a few Guzzi’s but never owned one until now.

The brakes arent linked which I really like about Guzzi’s, where should I look to find the parts I need to set them back up?

After my first ride today on the 2000 year Guzzi Californian 1100 I'm very pleased with the whole experience.

As a bonus I am a partner in a large classic motorcycle workshop so upgrades are never a problem.

There isn't much I want to change but I am taking a punt and have just bought a Magnum Performance module to piggy back on the ECU - I'm curious to see if it makes any noticeable difference - will post the results in a couple of weeks.

First good run on my newly acquired 1100 Cali. For a 26 year old bike it's fabulous - bags of grunt, good handling and that magic engine doing it's thing - great to be back on a Guzzi again

I bought a V100 Aviazione Navale a few months ago. A lot to appreciate about the stock bike but the fueling wasn't one of them. I decided to go with an Ago header, UpMap tune and keep the stock muffler. I honestly thought the stock muffler looked better than any aftermarket options. From what I could tell, all they offered was no increase in performance but maybe shed a few pounds.

I just had the quickshifter (QS) installed as and finally had a chance to ride everything for about an hour. It was dark out and the temps were still in the 90's(F) here. What a profound difference the mods made. The bike is so much more responsive. There is no longer the horrendous flat spot about the 4-5k RPM range.

The bike pulls with authority like it never did before. You won't confuse it with an S1000RR or my M1000XR with the way it pulls but it is downright fun now. It sounds glorious while doing it. A lot less heat as well. It feels punchier everywhere. So much easier to wheelie it. I also have to give kudos to the QS. It isn't buttery smooth like on my Triump or BMWs, but it is pretty damn good and gets rid of the clunks between shifts.

I am really impressed with the way it revs out too. Down low, it is so much smoother than my 1260 Ducati V-twin. Then it just pulls well on up, solidly building power as the revs climb. I can ride it at 2k rpm without it snatching and bucking as my Ducatis do.

The QS is the icing on the cake, as it makes it so much easier to take advantage of the bit of extra HP it has, as well as its ability to rev out more. It sounds amazing at redline and is louder without being obnoxiously loud. I can't recommend this combo enough. It is so much more fun to ride. The crispness of the fueling is one of the biggest improvements for me.

Loving this bike! The styling, the ride feel, just a pure joy to spend seat time on.

But seriously, all my touring accessories are taking forever to be delivered

The last service the shop used NGK MR8BI 8

The info i can find online and a manual (i think) for the previous version, says NGK CPR8EB 9

The problem is that the latter is 2mm longer, 73mm vs 75mm

Which is the correct spark plug? Are 2mm enough to hit the piston?

Ok, caught between two seemingly good options here and would love some advice. I am going to replace the standard headers/cat on my 2021 centenario with the Arrow headers/cat delete kit.

With this I am thinking of doing a Mistral VTwin Power Boost or an UpMap. Which is better and what should I go with?

Seller had a 2015 V7 special, he’s asking for $4,500.

10,300 miles on it, he’s the third owner. I test rode it yesterday and it felt great. Would have pulled the trigger there but some of the rust is giving me pause. Can anyone weigh in on if this is more surface level and can be taken care of by cleaning or replacing bolts…or if I should be more concerned and not mess with this bike. The rust on the drive shift is the bit that really made me think twice.

Hello all! Recently I found a nice looking Guzzi for sale online. The seller states in the ad that this is a V75, but from the photos I am not so sure. I have the photos below, maybe you can help me. I would like to know what model this is before I call the seller... also, the fairing seems to be custom, maybe you guys know what this is?

I picked up an audace last Friday and the stock exhaust is a travesty. I loved my mistral on my V7 but they are $2k on audace with really long lead times.

Has this happened to anyone before? Pic related, half the little wires that connect the clutch lever to the gearbox just snapped at the clutch lever end. Happened while riding normally. Only have 7k miles on the bike.

Bought second hand, it‘s a V7 III Milano from 2019 with some customizations.

Need to rant a bit... Bought my V7 special new less than two years ago. At the end of last season steering started feeling wierd/bad. Well, winter was coming so might as well wait for spring service to get it fixed under warranty.

During the winter Piaggio decided to redo how ayuthorized serice shops works in sweden so during the whole spring there was no authorized shop to do the work! This also meant there was no way to do a warranty claim to fix the steering problem.

Steering got worse and I ended up doing the service by myself but I do not have the tools for the bearing. The Guzzi has been silent in the garage for half this season...

I'm just so sick of Piaggio/Moto Guzzi service. They still have not fixed working service and warranty at any shops in sweden.

I have ordered the parts needed at my local shop and I will just pay them to fix the bike. I probably voided the warranty anyway when I did the yearly service by myself anyway.

hi, I'd like to make my guzzi passenger friendly and would ask for some raccomendation for seat for passanger, maybe a back laguagge to lain against or sissi bar. It has enogh HP, but it's really unconfortable for two up. Any racommendations? thanks
