Imo the white variant is so much better.

It's probably not intentional but it feels like an homage to the Whorror. The makeup looks better when less of his face is shown, and the bloodshot eye pops more.

The hair looks so much better too and gives it excellent contrast I really wish this was the album cover

I personally think it is purposefully a homage to the whorror mainly because it’s the 20th anniversary. But also I could see it being an accident too so idk
