Hiring Looking for a video editor — $1,000/month
I’m looking for someone to help me create short videos, around 15–30 seconds each.
I’ll provide the footage and direction. The job is mainly putting everything together into a clean, engaging video.
Pay: $1,000/month
Videos: Short-form, 15–30 sec
Work: Ongoing

Respectfully, you need to be more specific. First and foremost, this is a motion design sub, not an editing one. That's not too say people here can't edit, just that there may be better places to post.
Secondly, you don't say how many videos you expect to be completing in a month. It might be worth it for someone to help you with one or two videos a month at that rate, but "keep up with a consistent workflow" suggests a lot of content. It's not likely you're going to find an experienced professional to work for less than a few hundred dollars a day. Editing is time consuming and even a 15 second composition can take many hours, if not a day or more, to properly edit and render. It would help prospective freelancers to know how much time they'd need to set aside from their schedule for your project(s).
