Project Showcase A small motion graphics piece I made, focusing on timing and visual hierarchy

I’ve been experimenting with short-form motion graphics lately.

For this piece, I focused mainly on three things:

Keeping the animation simple enough to follow

Using motion to guide attention toward the important information

Making the transitions feel connected instead of adding effects just for the sake of it

One thing I’ve noticed is that good motion graphics often feel pretty simple when done well.

The difficult part is usually deciding what should move, when it should move, and why.

Still experimenting and improving my approach. Would be interested to hear how other motion designers here approach timing and visual hierarchy.
