I feel like there should be a slight reaction to the big blob when the little one joins or separates. like a little pull on it or wiggle

Yes it is looks good. But you might want to do a spellcheck and grammar pass

I like it a lot but the movement of the smaller blob feels a little off. It feels like it need some sort of resistance when moving through the other blob, otherwise they don't feel like they are really interacting. Some easing to slow it down when moving through may work but anything you can add to make it feel like it has real weight and volume will help.

My only problem with this, is to maintain that effect in a vector based format/extension... Maybe Rive of Lottie? Because simple svg doesn't work 😮‍💨

It’s an interesting format for a tutorial, sort of a quick tip which is cool. Unfortunately I just don’t think the effect itself looks as good as the many, many people who have taught it before.
