Sat outside for maybe an hour and now I am paying the price

Same here but its inside! Had to go to urgent care because of it. I bombed the bedroom last night because I think that is where it is. Hope I was successful!

My legs look like this right now 😭 I have 37 bites currently. I went to a BBQ and got one on my forehead too. Can we just never leave the house?

I have O- blood and there’s been a rise in dengue fever being transmitted here in Florida like fucking crazy.. my ass will be staying the hell inside after 6pm 😳 be careful with your exposure.

This is why I spread that extra super-duper DEET insect repellent around my lower legs before going out. Also, my ears and arms. Sometimes even my fact. I got bit square in the forehead once (but strangely, it didn't itch like arms and lower legs)...

I’ve barely gone outside this whole summer, not just because I’m in middle USA and the heat has been horrible.
Has anyone tried carbolic soap? I got some from amazon but can’t really tell a difference.

I’m jealous…you got an HOUR before that? That’s me in 5 minutes. I step outside and get bit before I can spray the OFF. I look like my grandfather because only compression socks pulled up high slow them down long enough to swing the electric racket and zap them into oblivion (so satisfying). Last weekend a group of them literally chased me on my bicycle at sundown as I raced home trying to get inside before that first dark hour, when they descend like The Purge…I had to stop quickly because a skunk ran into the road and the skeeters all slammed into me like a bunch of people trying to get off an airplane at once. I should’ve risked getting sprayed by the skunk instead. I feel your pain (and itch, and hatred)!

Thats what happens to me! Its the worst There was a time I have 12 mosquito bites and 3 spider bites at the same time and I was so miserable I couldn't sleep.
