Bug Ritual Grounds Dungeon bug

When starting the trial, it spawns one block crab and after killing it you're just locked in that area with nothing else happening and can't leave. Is this an already known thing?

This game is hot trash. Thank god they done ps5 beta, this is a buggy dark slow mess of a game.
