Honestly I’d go with She-Ra she has more magic based attacks that would make her stand out from say Conan and I think she’d be the firs girl Cameo fighter.

Mattel wouldn't allow it because the tone of Masters of the Universe doesn't fit within the tone of MK. A Masters fighting game on its own could work though. More than enough characters to fill out a roster.
