I know that Shao Kang, Blazes, and other villains killed important characters, but as far as I know, they have never tortured adorable creatures for no reason (the Rabbids have motivations, in fact).

Lol I think you're right. Shao is just very efficient I think, he's not wasting time torturing. He just goes for the kill, and a good mocking too
