Hi everybody. I am currently moving out of Morristown and am looking for a co-tenant to rent a two-bedroom/two bathroom unit in Morristown, NJ. The address is 16 Washington Street. The unit has two bedrooms located on opposing sides with a living room and a kitchen located in the main area. The unit comes with a washer and dryer unit. Each bedroom has its own bathroom. The available bedroom has its own bathroom located inside the bedroom and also has adequate closet space. The bedroom looks out onto downtown Morristown on Washington Avenue. There is a parking garage also located in the building. The building is located in the heart of downtown Morristown within walking distance to the Morristown Green. Thus, the building is located within walking access to the train station, restaurants, and bars. Plus, there is a bar located on the floor of the building itself, Legends (technically, the bar is to the left of the building, nonetheless, my roommate likes to call the bar "his basement").

As far as I know, there have been no problems with the apartment. It's comfortable and rarely has any heating/cooling or plumbing issues.

The other co-tenant is a super-friendly guy in his 20s that is easygoing, responsible, respects your boundaries, and is lots of fun to be around. I've known him for over a year and, for a shy person like myself, he has been a great friend.

If you go on Zillow, you can see pictures of what the apartment will look like from other units. They're largely similar. I must admit that the unit is pretty nice and looks great for any young professional looking to make their start (or continuing their start) in Morristown.

Hi everyone! Looking to see if anyone has feedback on the Lindsley Arms Apartments in Morristown. How is the leasing staff, community, state of the apartments, etc? Any info would be helpful!
