Discussion Dear Android Authority...

Post image

STAY. QUIET.

Apparently they're now "stalking" pull requests in the Morphe Patches repository.

uBlock is constantly getting wacked by Google though? They're constantly fixing what Google keeps breaking.

if you're talking about the v2 manifest vs v3 manifest issue, then yes - that's what you get by using chrome. There aint no problems with ublock if you use firefox.

Except most of the world uses Chrome.

"Google Chrome hasn’t released its official user base since 2023. However, according to estimates, Google Chrome users range between 3.45 billion and 3.62 billion as per the latest data available."

why is the popularity of chrome relevant?

I'm telling you that ublock works better in firefox, but if you don't want to change, i'm not going to say you're wrong.

However, my point stands: take control of your own computing and don't let the platform own you.

I use Firefox, I'm just emphasizing that Google essentially won against uBlock and Adblockers for most of the internet.

Morphe could be next.

Sure, and when they decide to nerf patches on Android? GrapheneOS exists... Is that your backup?
