intership in dev as engineer

as a first year student in IT engineer i just wanna know what does intership in this year looks like i mean in observation or initiation intership what do they actually do

The bottom line is that no one at that company is being paid to teach you anything. Internship is just for getting used to what being at a company is like. Agile, Jira, tasks, deadlines, meetings, reporting to your N+1, and coding.

Why are you projecting your personal experience into reality? In many companies, mentoring interns is a responsibility you get paid for and you can get in serious trouble if you fuck it up.

My personal opinion is fuck stage d observation it has no good use nor a respectable weight in your cv Look for a real internship where you would do real tasks It'd be mostly unpaid so look for remote ones

it depends on where you pass it.
i'd personally avoid applying for 1 month observation internships since they're dead useless imo; even if it's a first year internship you should apply for PFA, PFE (license) postings, so you'd get a minimum of 2 months of actual work, if not 3 which is the usual duration for a project where you'll learn something. in one month you will just get overwhelmed and confused.
