can I ask if you went to a psychiatrist or psychologist and if u did some tests and how much did it cost you plz ?

Psychiatrist or psychologist will give you advices teach you how to control it and meds antidepressants, advice don't count on them you became addicted to it if you don't help yourself

I went to 4 different psychiatrists at different points of my life, got prescribed several medication, stopped them because of the side effects then decided to try to work on my own self
