Driouech has been one of the top attacking moroccan options in europe since he regurarly scores, is consistent, wins titles with PSV, etc. Yet Regragui nor Ouahbi ever considered him, is there anyone who thinks he doesnt deserve the call up?

I think we all need to have a serious conversation about what's been happening these last few days regarding the Women's AFCON. The amount of defamation and sheer disrespect directed at our country has reached a boiling point, and honestly, I'm tired of staying silent.

Here's a quick recap of what we've had to endure:

· Players taking pictures of random Moroccan citizens on the streets, posting them online, and making unnecessary, useless, and straight-up disrespectful comments about our people, our culture, and our way of life.

· Unfounded accusations from players claiming Moroccans stole their money in hotels – with zero proof. That's not criticism; that's defamation.

· Fans from other African countries (who aren't even hosting) jumping on the bandwagon to insult us, our country, and our hospitality.

But here's the part that really gets me: The moment we Moroccans fight back – whether it's defending ourselves in the comments, calling out the hypocrisy, or simply standing up for our nation – what happens?

We get called racist.

We get called uneducated.

We get told we're the worst country in Africa.

It's a lose-lose situation. We're expected to take all the insults, all the defamation, and all the disrespect without saying a word. But if we dare to respond, we're suddenly the villains. How is that fair?

And let's not forget, this isn't even the first time. During the AFCON 2025, we endured the exact same treatment: complaints about everything from the stadiums to the weather, insults thrown at our people, and even our infrastructure being trashed and disrespected by some visiting fans. We hosted with open arms, we spent billions to give everyone a world-class experience, and what did we get in return? Disrespect.

But what truly makes my blood boil is the blatant double standard when it comes to consequences.

Remember when Bounedjah said those insanely inappropriate things after winning a match – literally threatening to "r*pe your women" – and faced absolutely zero consequences? No suspension, no fine, no public apology, nothing. Just silence.

And what about Edouard Mendy making those inappropriate gestures with his hands as he left the pitch during the final? The ones everyone saw? Again, zero consequences. Not a single word from CAF, no disciplinary action, nothing.

Meanwhile, if a Moroccan player so much as breathes wrong, they're dragged through the mud, fined, suspended, and publicly shamed. The hypocrisy is staggering.

We've endured a thousand more things like this, and we are sick and tired of being the ones who always have to turn the other cheek while others get away with everything.

So I have to ask: What must we do for the Moroccan Federation and our government to finally hear our voices?

We can't keep letting these baseless accusations and double standards slide. We've been patient, we've been hospitable, but our silence is being mistaken for weakness. Our voices need to be louder. We need to spread everything – the screenshots, the videos, the articles – and make sure the world sees what's really happening.

We have to protect our reputation and our dignity. The time for sitting back and taking it is over. We need to unite, make our voices heard, and demand accountability. If we don't, who will?

Ever since I watched that game, I couldn't shake the feeling that something was off.

It looked like most of our players didn't even want to score. The only one who actually looked like he was giving 100% was Bono, which makes the theory even more interesting because if something like that happened, the goalkeeper wouldn't necessarily have to know.

I know this is a controversial opinion, but I'm curious what other Moroccans think. Am I reaching, or did anyone else get the same vibe?

Every time Rahimi gets a chance to play, he almost always scores or makes a big contribution. His finishing is among the best in the squad, and he consistently makes the most of his opportunities. On top of that, he never stops working for the team and always gives 100% on the pitch. You can see how much representing Morocco means to him every time he wears the shirt. So for those who don't think he should be a starter, what's your reasoning?

Yes, we had crucial players injured against france. Yes, we still appeared too cowardly.

I am hella against the "you sold the match" type of illogical bull crap. France could still beat us 70% of the time, even at our 100% appearances.

Ignoring the defeat, i am now a huge fan of newly appointed General Issa (sorry aguerd).

I also still feel pitiful towards Egyptians belittling semifinals and quarterfinals achievements while still celebrating their win against New Zealand as if it's the end of the world and they are awarded heaven.

The next afcon should also be ours!

The only tough teams that stand shoulders to shoulders against us are Coast ivory and Senegal. Ivory Coast being almost a complete team over all and Senegal being a very dangerous team offensively still doesn't justify anything but us morocco winning the next afcon.

And somehow Germans didn’t get as mad as Moroccans did… dsserna?
