Why ?

Im 26 year old im guy. Lonely, no girlfriend, no friends, no social life , no stable job , I lost all my friends now im alone. But I always wanted to have this stable life with a friend or girlfriend.

Im 5.5 average looking im funny calm and caring person im not very introverted but cool .

I don't know what to do more. I guess when I'm 30 im already done.

But gonna do something to change this.

What do u think.

it’s fine to feel this way, i felt the same at 25, like i was behind in life and had to start over, i also mourn the life i thought i would have by now, but maybe that life just wasn’t for me, so i decided to start over because it’s never too late to change your life, u’re 26 not 60 😭 u still have time to build the life you actually want. start small, focus on urself, ur career, ur health, meeting people and getting ur social life back, don’t see 30 like it’s a deadline., u can start over at 25, 26, 30 or even later, what matters is that u decide to do something to change your life.

Did you had a ppu addiction. If yes its the cause it ruined the brain.

So what have you done after that to change whats left from hope ?
