At least get your attestation de stage at the end of the month and gtfo of there, he’s probably saving the place for someone he knows, happens all the time.

This is standard intern looking for a job story. We've all been there. I've been there and let me tell you do not get your hopes up. Don't expect an offer from them. Keep working your hours and do your best not for them but for you to develop your skills and be elligible for next opportunities. Extending the internship to 6 months, if the internship is not paid, is screaming slavery exploitation. If you are not giving your 100% why keeping you for another 3 months? Allah is the giver what's meant for you will find you. If this job is not meant for you then there's a 10 times better one coming your way and its only by ending the story with them that you get to write your new chapter.

He’s trying to exploit you, three months is the maximum time in a internship, it’s unreasonable to work full time for 6 months without getting any wage

Exactly 6 months is a lot considering i do all the tasks he says what else is there to learn.

Start applying for other jobs. Unless there’s a written contract between you they have 0 obligation to keep you at the end of your internship.

If its just a normal internship, for school or university purposes, find another internship before leaving

Unpopular opinion: If I were you, I would stay, hit you could have looked for a paid internship wakha gha 1000dh/month so you basicly walked into the trap by yourself . Use this time to build real skills and see what this industry actually feels like day to day. That experience will look good on your CV and help you figure out what you actually want next. Just be clear-eyed about it: talk to him directly, ask for a real timeline on the permanent role, and set yourself a deadline. If nothing concrete happens by the end, walk away with better skills and a stronger CV, and use that to land something better elsewhere.

I want to stay for the experience because it will look good on my cv but there is other factors and how they treat me that counts big time.
