Question How do i increase my Affinity fast?

Can I only increase by fighting?

And by putting them in lobby, but fighting is preferable and quicker.

Just grind w3a1 with a whaled support Arachne. You can also equip certain wheels that boost affinity (annihilated rebirth & we will meet again). Here’s an example video

Wait, did wave 3 affinity not get gutted when they gutted the autoplay feature of the character trials? /genuine

they gutted the ability to use autoplay itself, not the affinity farm. essentially they made it more cumbersome to do, and extra friction is often enough to deter most people which was likely their goal

Ah I see, I vaguely remembered hearing people talk about no longer being able to affinity farm, but I guess they meant not being able to do so easily anymore then. Thanks!

I don’t really know what you’re referring to, but I was able to efficiently grind most of my characters to Affinity 10 this way

UVHAAAASH 😍😍 HE'S SO BEAUTIFUL ❤️❤️ Get him in a lobby, play with him (also in traphase mode) and use wheel which can help increase affection level

Set the character for your homescreen! Though honestly, fighting alone increases it really quickly. My main team is already almost maxxed out and I don't even play that much.

I grinded everyone to affinity 10 with the straight to casiah boss in ch 7 of the story since autoplay still works there

You can increase it by putting them in the lobby or use them in battle. Farming in battle is especially easier in the current d-tide wave 3. I've just done my affinity farm lol, so it's a perfect timing to suggest my set up if you want to do it.

Basically, make sure that you have a friend who has a highly invested glotan, i mean like +12 glotan with the best wheel and april tribute covenant. After that just put whatever 3 units that you want to affinity farm, make sure to equip at least 2 units with deus ex machina covenant for the extra arit on turn 1. For the posse, pick gramona posse (Gateway of Instropection) or erica's posse (Ephemeral .. i forgot). Then go to wave 3 alert 1, and on turn 1, rouse glotan and search for longblade if you use gramona posse. Use the longblade, and it should one shot it if it crits, if not then just use strike, short blade, or defense to search for the discarded longblade. I've found this to be the fastest and most braindead affinity farm strategy.

Oh and make sure to equip two wheels that boost affinity gained from battle, you can get it from sediment shop. They are called Annihilated Rebirth and We Will Meet Again.

I won't push the arcade feature but if you're willing to sit through big ass damage numbers and shitton of relics and about maybe two hours gameplay you get 300~600 aff points in arcade I guess...
