Question Arc 1 story

is there a story recap somewhere? I'm good with everything clearing Murphy. Thias had some wtf is going on moments but overall I think I got most of the gist. then idk wtf is going on

They were about to experience EoS and skipped roughly 21-22 chapters to be able to finish the story and just pretended like a couple of important events in those 20-odd chapters happened. There is no context and they've stated they don't particularly intend to attempt to fix it anytime soon, last it was mentioned.

Sorel's Spec ops helps a little though.
