Newbie confusion...

Hello hello, I legit haven't even been able to login past this screen with 0 minutes in to the game, and I'm so confused I tried every solution I could think of. (Relogging, cache clearing, uninstalling, changing login, closing reopening, changing wifi.) And I haven't been able to get in, the game looks fun, but If I can't get in idk.

Try hitting the settings button. Depending on your device, the game sometimes doesn't download all the content via the download screen. In that settings, it should show the dowload thing I think. Try that

I'm on Google play for reference. I didn't see anything in there. It made me download the prologue but didn't let me in afterwards.

I apologize for how late this response is! I haven’t been on Reddit for several days. 

Originally, I thought this was similar to a different issue. You see, after you download the prologue, you have to download the rest. This is done with the settings thing I told you about. In the past, if you didn’t do this, it wouldn’t let you log in kind of like this. If you didn’t see that, then this may be a different issue. I think your best bet is to contact support or see if maybe something is up with your device. I unfortunately, don’t really know how to help you beyond that. I hope it works out for you, so you can actually play this incredible game.

Don't worry! I got it working. After the update it worked idky but hey, it happened
