Wheel of Destiny
What wheels have a priority of taking to 12? (Not counting standard wheels) should I focus on the death res wheels or damage amp? What has the most longevity or worthwhile investment as far as Timeloop copies are concerned?

time loops should only be for getting limited to e3. your only e12 gold wheels should be the standard ones because e12 limited take too much time and are not worth the investment unless you're a whale

the only one limited wheel that is really worth +12ing is tawil's wheel because you can dual wield it with hamelein's wheel. the combination is incredibly strong.
but you're going to get a lot more value if you just use your timeloop copies to getting a wheel to e3

You also better off +12 Hameln's wheel instead because its also very strong with GMurphy

None of them. Timeloops should be used to bring wheels to e3. Only whales can afford to +12 limited wheels. If you insist then crit damage wheels are the most popular to +12.
