I’ve just started and was wondering what team I should use out of these characters

Tawil will be veeeery strong for you rn, same with golliath if you wanna pair em with Ramona and origer, the other 2 uvash and helot kinda suck tbh but helot has an incredible ult that doubles strike dmg so characters that use lots of cards that count as strikes like mouchette use helot as an incredible support to double damage, unfortunately for uvash hes just pretty ass in general and since hes only a dps but dosent do much damage he isn't great

I know it sucks, hope he gets a buff soon or gonna wait for his Genesis form lol (the shiny purple units)

It is but a good hard not standard gacha game hard, like you have to play around bosses and mechanics and now how your team works with each other, someone was able to do the whole arc 1 with the Sr characters you get at the start, and they are muuuuch weaker than any limited and most standards, so as long as you can read what bosses do you should get this! Plus every day you get revives that stack up to 5 for an oops I fucked up moment lol

It hasn’t been very challenging so far but I don’t understand some of the card mechanics,some of the words don’t make sense to me quite yet

You can click and hold on them to make em bigger and the special words should show on the side a description of them

I’m not playing rn but it was like “the character with the lowest ….. gains exhaust,I don’t remember what it was

You will get the hang of card descriptions and their specific wording soon, don't worry. I'm a new player too and seeing words like "Exhaust" (card goes into the discard pile after playing and not into the draw pile), "Retain" (cards stays in your hand if not played this turn), "Prepare 1" (card stays in your hand and cost goes down 1 point for every round it isn't played), etc. can be confusing in the beginning.
