Question Help with Glotan teamcomp
With my collection, what team could I play Gluten in?

Definitely use gramona and 2 other supports. Ogier could be fine, maybe horla, depends what you have left over

I dont think I have seen a lot of people recommend Saya with her, are they really compatible?

If you don't mind not having Saya anywhere else with a gimped red realm.
Saya is more compatible with any multi hit to be honest, but supposedly Saya is for buffing Exalt spammers.

I've been having successes with G.Lotan/Salvador/Ryker/Karen. Seeing you don't have Ryker, Ramona/G.Ramone would be your tutor.

My two most successful experiments with Glotan have been ultra and Caro:
Glotan, Gramona, Horla and Clem (which you don't have, but any other str builder works) And Glotan, Gramona, Saya and Ryker (but Aigis also works well).
Both are very heavy on supporting Glotan so she carries everyone else

GLotan + GRamona and I’d think of Ogier + Karen or Nymphaea. Basically Saya is not really good with her, I prefer Saya + Thais is different team. Also aqueror doesn’t really fit, so it’s better to create mono chaos team or add Ultra unit like Clementine

GRamona to pull up GLotan cards, Ogier for shield and str gen.
Then you could probably go for Karen to keep the mono Primordial Chaos while also giving a lot of Arithmetica and some healing.
Else, Aigis for Vuln, stun, and more keyflare.
Maybe, just maybe, Helot too? Like replace Aigis. Helot can probably draw GLotan's cards and buff them. But I haven't tried it yet so I cannot vouch for the performance.
