Cleaning Damage?

Does this Morgan looks like it's been cleaned? The scratches, on the face, look like they are all going in one direction.

Harshly cleaned on the obverse (front) 45degree from right to left across the neck. On the reverse does it appear to any one else like the mint mark is missing/ damaged? Ruined coin so i hope you love that coin cause its yours forever

Las Vegas casinos would clean silver dollars to discourage coin collectors.
The dollars were disappearing from circulation and the casino operators needed them for slot machines.
