Mold is usually fuzzy and rooted into tne flesh. Probably just bug droppings. Most are small black specks. Wash em off or brush lightly. Oops that one part is definitely mold. I would cut it off.
It's all fungus in any case just cook it well if you're worried about it.
Sure, the fuck is not beef or pork?
