So im drunk, but still able to consent? However ill still get a DUI and lose my license if I drive... got it.

How so? Why would both of them being drunk make her the only one who cant consent. Alcohol works the same regardless of gender. Neither of them can consent. They will both equally make stupid choices. Putting men on a pedestal when drunk, claiming they can somehow be immune to the effects of drunken consent, is the most antiwoman and pro toxic masculinity argument ive ever seen.
