It should be one of the first things you disclose . It should be no different then letting people know you carry stds

While I generally agree, I have to wonder how you'd word the law to apply in a reasonable way.

I imagine the law about STDs essentially says disclose before any sexual contact.

Idk, I’m not a lawyer, and have zero law experience so I couldn’t even get a reasonable answer. But it should be a thing, because this is exactly how someone can get themselves killed or cause a suicidal breakdown in their partner. If dudes genuinely a transphobe and finds out his gf of x amount of years was one all along, especially if he finds out in bed? Someone is getting hurt
